  • Puzzle Integrity & Community Guidelines: Solvers are welcomed and encouraged to share their solving progress, workspaces, and general reactions on social media. However, users are strictly prohibited from publicly posting, publishing, distributing, or transcribing direct photos, scans, or solutions of the completed Answer Key or Sequence Key pages to preserve the solving experience for the broader community.
  • Reservation of Rights: No purchase or site interaction transfers copyright, licensing, or commercial distribution rights to the user.

2. Orders & Manufacturing

  • On-Demand Production: All physical merchandise (including puzzle books, custom posters, and jigsaw puzzles) is custom-crafted on demand upon order submission. Standard archival production requires 3 to 7 business days, followed by carrier transit. Total domestic delivery within the United States is estimated at 5 to 12 business days.
  • Split Shipments: Multi-item orders containing different product formats may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate parcels.
  • Strict 1-Hour Cancellation Window: Due to automated production queues, any cancellation requests or shipping address updates must be submitted within strictly 1 hour of purchase. Once an order enters the manufacturing sequence after 1 hour, it cannot be modified, canceled, or rerouted.

3. Shipping & Customs

  • Domestic & International Delivery: Physical puzzle volumes ship to over 130 countries worldwide. Custom posters and jigsaw puzzles are currently restricted to shipping within the United States.
  • Transit Times: International shipping transit typically ranges from 10 to 30 business days, depending on destination country logistics and customs processing speeds.
  • Customs Duties & Tariffs: Any import duties, taxes, or local customs assessment fees incurred upon arrival in international jurisdictions are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy

  • Physical Goods (Final Sale): Because all physical items are manufactured specifically on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, opened goods, or customer ordering errors (such as incorrect size or format selection).
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives physically damaged, warped, or defective, the customer must submit written notice accompanied by photographic proof within 14 days of delivery. Upon verification, a free replacement will be provided.
  • Digital Goods (Final Sale): All sales of downloadable digital files (including phone and PC wallpapers) are final and non-refundable once payment is processed and download tokens are generated.
  • Digital Technical Support: If a digital download link fails to load or the file is corrupted upon delivery, contact customer support within 14 days of purchase to verify your order token and receive a reissued file.

5. Digital Downloads & Wallpaper License

  • Personal Use Only: Purchasing a digital wallpaper grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to display the artwork on personal devices (smartphones, tablets, and personal computers).
  • Prohibited Commercial Uses: Users may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, publicly host, re-upload, alter for resale, or incorporate digital artwork files into third-party commercial merchandise or marketing materials.

6. Site Mechanics & Hidden Layers

  • While core store checkout funnels and public informational pages remain direct and transparent, this site occasionally hosts subtle breadcrumbs, keyword puzzles, or easter egg companion pages.
  • Accessing interactive or hidden companion pages does not grant any special commercial rights or ownership over the game architecture. We reserve the right to alter, update, or retire hidden web layers, bonus trails, or digital verification systems at any time without prior notice.
